Mark PowersDecember 21, 2024Hello gorgeous! I've been a fan since I saw the film versions of Funny Girl, Hello Dolly and On a Clear Day you can see Forever! In that order. I've seen most of her films. I even talked my mother into seeing Yentl with me. She was awestruck by the voice, the songs, the entire production. In 2006 I was lucky enough to get tickets to Barbra's Boston Garden concert. Sold out and an experience to remember. So much so that I had to get 2 more tickets to her 2016 concert in Boston. A friend and I went to dinner first. At dinner he said to me "I am not going to have a (liquor) drink, I want to remember every second of this"! He did and he was in love!! Thank you, Barbra.

John HumphreyMarch 17, 2017I went to see this concert in Philadelphia as a retirement gift to myself. Her voice is the greatest and the way she interprets the songs is uniquely Streisand. Need I say more? This soundtrack enables me to relive that wonderful evening, and evokes a sense of being there to those who were not fortunate enough to see her live on stage. I have been a fan for 50 years and no one can come close to the magic of her voice and the emotions that she conveys in her music. Bravo Barbra! Thanks for bringing beauty and joy to a sometimes bleak world.
