Impeccable phrasing and wise, well-chosen arrangers lift this effort to a place high in barbra's canon. Highly emotional "right as the rain" leads to a phenomenal "down with love", a breathtaking "who will buy", a show stopping "when the sun comes out", touching " my Coloring book". Deluxe reissue needed, please! So many lesser acts have their catalogs done--why not streisand? Outtakes, photos, anything!
